Valenti International hosted, and Tom Bercu Presents produced, an event that raised money for  “A Children’s Village” in San Diego’s East County, which will be a new home for more than 200 parentless children. The April 12th event featured an 8000 square foot tent for the 260 very VIP guests.  An installation of Valentino’s 45 years of fashion highlighted on 12 Swarovski crystal mannequins and vitrines set with millions of dollars worth of Damaini Jewelry punctuated the décor along with thousands of red English Garden roses.   An auction with “once in a lifetime” items aimed to raised one million dollars, the soulful swing of Sacha Boutros, and  the legendary Chubby Checker provided a complete night of unparalleled entertainment.  The night was about chic, haute couture, and simple, elegant flavor.
