BrandingIron Worldwide / Lego Harry Potter | Live Event Production
TBP live event production. Executive producer for BrandingIron Worldwide and their client, Warner Bros Consumer Products (in partnership with Lego) for a one day Lego Harry Potter promotion at the Americana At Brand. 5000 guests. Six areas were constructed to cover all aspects of the Lego and Harry Potter assets. The Main Stage incorporated a Lego Master Builder / MC with activities for kids, build competitions, trivia, and a National build off competition between four finalists from across the US.
The monochromatic Build Area had thousands of Legos for guests to build whatever they wanted. The Warner Bros Theater was a “mini theater in a tent” showing Harry Potter trailers and scenes from the upcoming final movie. The Brickscape featured a full museum quality set of the Harry Potter Lego kits. Three Lego Harry Potter Gaming tents allowed guests to try the latest in Wii gaming. The Publishing area featured the new Lego Harry Potter books as well as large format replicas from various pages.
