Private Client | Corporate Events

TBP produced a corporate event at The Los Angeles Convention Center for a tech client and their 4500 guests. The event was a Bladerunner 2049 meets futuristic inspired theme. Guests entered the event space via the outdoor lounge and through the “ruins” of history and entered into the building through a tunnel of LED video tubes and into the future. The space was divided into six main areas consisting of areas to play a plethora of LED games, race drones, watch the NBA play-offs at a Neo-Tokyo inspired futuristic Sports Bar, and lounge under a 26′ diameter projection sphere 15′ in the air. At the given time, the 120′ long projection wall dropped, and revealed a stage headlined with a live performance by Janelle Monae and Snoop Dog as DJ.
